Merit Fine Wine & Liquor

Friendly, helpful staff, a nice variety of spirits, wine, and beer. A bit pricey but that is to be expected from a store in the heart of downtown Montclair. Very conveniently located and great store hours. Highly recommend.

So helpful at Merit!! I called 2 other liquor stores (closer to the delivery location) first and each one had THE WORST customer service. All I needed was a bottle of Winter Jack delivered to my brother and the process was easy peasy and she even put a little bow on it for me!ud83eudd29

People were so friendly and everything was very conveniently placed around me very happy

Love this place! Before the pandemic it'd be open till midnight which is great for weekends or events you have going on and need to stock up on more drinks. They do not sell hard liquor past 10. They're very friendly & helpful and will even order in your favorite beer if they can which usually happens

Beautiful well lite store. Staff was kind and very helpful. Items available were perfect for our occasion. I would love to go back to this location again.
