Nice store. Found everything needed. 3 stars due to customer service. Not friendly, no suggestions and found myself rushed during my buy.

Shopping here was easy and quick during the current COVID situation. Only a few people are allowed in the store at a time so the general manager was doing his best to take care of everyone outside in line and made the wait shorter than I expected. Definitely recommend this location over the other ones.

Terrible Customer Service. I purchased clips from them Before yesterday for a total of $60.00, I PAID in CASH. I asked the lady who made the sale “if it doesn’t work I can return it right” she replied “yes, of course”.nI was told it would solve my issue of having the charms on a bracelet move so freely. I got home, and it didn’t work. So I came back the following day to make the return.nnOn the receipt it states....nn”...REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED IN THE ORIGINAL FORM OF PAYMENT OR BY CHECK IN APPROXIMATELY 30 BUSINESS DAYS”nnSo you can imagine to my surprise they said that the only way to get MY money back was in the mail by check within approximately 30 business days.nnMe: why would I get a check if I paid in cash?nnThem: it’s our policy, cash returns may only be returned if it’s done on the SAME DAY OF PURCHASE.nnMe: why wasn’t I told this BEFORE I made the purchase, or why don’t you have a sign up that warns your customers?nnThem: it’s on the receipt.nnMe: the receipt says “refunds will be issued in the original form of payment or by check in mail...” why doesn’t it say anything about “original form of payment, only on the same day of the purchase”nnThem: we don’t make the rules we just work here.nnMe: what if I don’t have a mailing address? What if I’m homeless how will I get my money back?nnThem: ( looking stupid in the face )nnMe: before I’m forced to accept and agree to this.nIs this the only return option I have, and is this Your policy, or EVERY PANDORA’S Policy?nnThem: I can check...nnMe: Please, check because if it’s you I can go somewhere else. Instead of waiting over a month for my money. I will.nnThem: (Insert Managers Name Here) is this just us or every pan...nnManager: it’s every pandora.nnMe: okay since I have no choice.....( I had to proceed).nnAfter leaving, I did what every logical Karen does and called Pandora Corporate. I got in touch with Alexandre, great guy. I asked about this “Communist Return Policy”. He explained that it’s not every store, and because that specific Pandora, in Willobrook Mall in Wayne NJ is Privately Owned, that’s why they make it hard for their customers to RETURN ANYTHING. They want you to say “screw it” and end up not making the return. Do not buy from here. Over priced, FOR NO REASON. Take the 10 min detour and go to the one in GARDEN STATE MALL, in Paramus. You won’t regret it.
