Waited a whole 2 hours for a tow truck to never show up, then all the sudden they were telling me my call was never made even though I had a confirmation number. Super unreliable and will never use them again.

Dispatch provides no communication to their drivers and said we would get a discount if we used a repair show affiliated with them - the discount was all of 1% (that's generous. It was about $300 and we received a $5 discount).nTried soft selling that we add me to the AAA account and while it's not a bad idea, it was the absolute worst timing as we had two flat tires.nnThe driver did what he could with what little information dispatch gave him.
