Dr. Smith is excellent. She is very thorough. I appreciate her always taking her time during my visits. She goes over all lab work very clearly and addresses any of my concerns. I never feel that she is rushed. I’m glad I am under her care and feel very confident about her clinical skills. I’m happy she is my primary care provider and would recommend her and Vanguard to a friend.

I can’t recommend Julie Mathew enough. She is very thorough and personable. I am confident that she covers everything and that I am in good hands. Vanguard Medical Group offers various services that allows you to stay in one place for all your medical needs.

This review serves two purposes. The first half is for anyone considering becoming a patient at Vanguard and the second half is in hopes that someone with executive decision-making abilities from Vanguard reads and considers my idea.nnI have been a patient at Vanguard for many years. I think the physicians and PAs at Vanguard are great. I don't think I've encountered a provider that was not professional, caring, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this practice!!nnWith that being said, I wish that Vanguard would consider hiring some scribes for their doctors!!! From close observation, I can confidently say that the providers here are over worked. I don't want to lose quality providers that I have a ton of faith in to a system that is set up for burn out. As someone coming from the business world, I can tell you that while it may seem this is a costly endeavor, I am confident your net revenue would actually increase as a result. Hiring some scribes would also lead to higher patient and physician satisfaction. Please consider piloting this idea at your Verona location. Thank you.
