Pretty cool spot! The staff is very friendly and super chill.

It was my first time doing it. I was a bit nervous not knowing what to expect. I have to say so glad I did it. Derek was very friendly and made sure I was comfortable. He was very attentive to how I was doing and felt inside the chamber. It was not bad at all. I believe it help me when I got home I was so relax that by 9pm I was already falling asleep. I read up on the benefits of cryotherapy. The place was clean and organized. I will be going back for sure.

Beautiful clean facility. When I first came in the staff was very welcoming. They brought me into the room even earlier than my scheduled appointment which is always a plus. Derek explained the process and how the machine works in great detail which was very informative. When I changed into my robe and they turned the machine on Derek then explained how I would be feeling and all the benefits of Cryo. When it was all done I felt great, I can now understand why so many different people from so many different sports go here for recovery. You leave with a sense of euphoria.

We did this after a 50 mile Ultra-Marathon and it was amazing. Derek and Dave were super friendly and very informative. We will definitely be back again!!

When you walk into the door, you already feel welcome. You can tell the staff really care and wants to help you feel better or whatever reason you have for coming into their business. They make sure you have a complete understanding of what you will be doing. It ends up becoming a very enjoying time due to pleasant conversation and interaction.
