Fairfield NJ Municipal Court

Lawyer up but make sure you get a lawyer that cares about you and your case. The prosecutor in this court is very charming and nice as long as you plead guilty. He’s such a mediocre lawyer/prosecutor that If you try and challenge him he will try to convince you to plead guilty as opposed to proving or convincing the judge that you are guilty and why you are guilty. Its money over justice people have that on the back of your mind if you ever have to go to this court.

This court is money hungry. How you gonna say driving without a license on ticket. Then when I show up for court then you say expired license. I'm sueing this court. They are crooks but they messing with the wrong person.

A lot has change in the court and fornGood. Last time i was there was when i was a teen 12 years ago. I was in court on the 9th for a traffic ticket and i was glad to see young faces. The prosecutor was very helpful and even that he give me the options of no points for a fee the judge charge me even less than what he recommended. I was with my daughter's and the officer inside the court room( i believe his last name was Bariso) help me a lot and even he gives them glow in the dark sticks to my daughter's. I was the 3rd or 4th case called and send home quick. Very helpful court. In and out in less than 1 hour.

Was a victim of a car being stolen from pa. This court is money hungry and does not care. They want you to show up to court for bogus tickets that you shouldn't even have received. The person who stole the car plead guilty but they still send me tickets on a car and refuse to call the police department in pa. They want me to pay a fine for my vehicle getting stolen. They don't care if you were a victim. I requested a subpoena to have the police department served where report was made and they refuse. Seems like a lot of injustice is going on here as long as they get thier money.
