Northern Metropolitan Residential Healthcare Facility

The treatment my husband received there was horrible. They allowed him to deteriorate and when I wanted him to be discharged I was told it would be against medical advice but refused to plan what on what would be best for him. The staff was not consistent in medical information that was conveyed and staff was often rude. I sent food for my loved one and when I picked up his items they were still in the bag. Never mind the missing clothing..

Best nursing home ever! My elderly mom was recently transferred to this facility and we were so impressed by how the staff welcomed her. The rooms and corridors are clean and well kept. The nurses treat her with respect and care for all her needs with the dignity that she deserves. I am confident that we made the right decision in choosing Northern Metropolitan.

When I was looking for a nursing home for my widowed uncle, there were two things I knew I wanted: A caring staff and a clean facility. Thankfully, I found just the right place at Northern Metropolitan! This place is so suitable for my uncle who is really enjoying the daily activities and overall ambiance of Northern Metropolitan! I truly marvel at the devotion of the staff!

I am an intern at this facility and I am so impressed by the staff I have been working with. Everyone puts the patients needs first and foremost. They will go out of their way to make sure the patients needs are met and that they are happy and comfortable. Each department will go above and beyond in order to help any patient in any way they can.
