Tallman Tire & Auto Repair

I usually do not write things unless there are positive. however on my last visit there I had such a negative experience I had to share it because they were not responsive when I tried to talk to the business directly. The woman who usually sits in the front was very rude. I simply asked if a mechanic can put air in my tire and they said there will be a cost to do that. I went to another place they just put air in the tire no questions and if there wa to be another problem that the air was not sufficient to fix the situation, I would have fixed it further there. Then I asked if I could use the bathroom and same person just brushed me off and said yeah it's around the corner. I understand it's a bathroom of an auto mechanic shop but it was very very dirty and unsanitary. We are all going through a lot right now but kindness goes a long way. Then when I asked if there was an air pump I can use she just pointed in the direction for me to pay for it to put the air in. this is the case in a gas station I realized I would pay to put air in the tire but if someone who is not feeling well to be treated that way is completely uncalled for. I have utilized their service in the past and did not have this issue. I was only asking for a little help. I understand it's a business but that does not give anybody the right to treat anyone that way

Fast and extremely friendly the receptionist is sweet and is quick and to the point owners are kind and fair men and the employees get the work done the first time so there is not a repeat of going back and back and back with the same issue
