Very rude not helpful at all I ask several times to speak with supervisor and had the phone hung up on me twice I was threatened by the clerk that she would call the police and all I was doing was trying to get help with getting a payment receipt fax to me someone with a position as a public servant! should have more empathy for citizens that are trying to do right by the court and the laws by paying these outrageous fines we are the reason you even have a job at least you can do is show some respect and do your job
