Bought a marble slab for a fireplace and hearth, they cut the pieces without the shop drawings so all the pieces are the wrong size. When they later delivered the hearth piece it turned out to be the wrong piece and much smaller than it should have been.

I got my marble tops from BCG Marble & Granite delivered and installed for my brand new kitchen. I found a crack in the island top and contacted BCG Marble & Granite for replacement. Did anyone have a similar experience with BCG?
