This store just opened and I’m excited for there to be a kate spade near by . The store opened just in time for one of the bustiest times of the year. With that being said I entered the location On Black Friday it was extremely busy. The staff was amazing and went above and beyond to give me amazing customer service . I will be a frequent shopper. Thanks to Marina and her amazing staff .

I visited this location today. Even after the Black Friday rush, the store was so organized and clean and the shelves were fully stocked. The staff was so friendly and attentive and I was so excited to see a male employee. I will be coming back for Christmas to purchase gifts for my friends and family. Great job Kate Spade!

If I could give zero star I would!nI am a big spender and yesterday only I went another Kate spade store at outlet of Pennsylvania and I had amazing experience.nHere when I went to register to check out my bag I asked a simple question that how the return process works as I am going to buy two pieces bundle and associates were not friendly at all and just frustrated with the simple question.nThe Manager Maurina wasn’t customer friendly and not polite at all..nAs a business owner myself I value the customer service and this store doesn’t meet the requirements at all.nOur problem is with customer service but still the varieties and promotions were ok compare to other Kate spade store!nI wasn’t even given dust bag..nVery disappointing experience!
