Dr. Schmidt is an excellent, caring doctor. I have been with her for over 13 years now and have never had a problem until the system changed when she joined Virtua. When calling to schedule you do have to stay on hold for extended amounts of time through Virtua. I bypass that and call the offices main number and speak to the front desk. That's when I get through right away and can schedule without problems. I suggest always bypassing the Virtua system if you need to speak to the doctor right away for the girls at the office will tend to your needs right away where the call center for Virtua doesn't

Dr. Schmidt is always attentive to her patients. I have been a patient for about 10 years now. It's tougher to get a timely appointment, but for routine exams, she shows tremendous care. For more urgent visits, I've been directed to the nurse practitioner. Everyone is accommodating.

I’ve been coming to Dr. Schmidt since I was a young child. I’m currently 38 years old. Dr. Schmidt and staff are always pleasant and helpful. I live farther away now and still utilize this practice as my family doctor.

I had routine blood work done at Labcorp and received a bill from them for $275.00. In the past the blood work was always covered by my insurance. I called Blue cross and they explained that the wrong code was used on the script and that the doctor's office need to adjust it so they(BC) can pay the bill. I called the office and tried to talk to someone. They passed along to billing and I never heard from them. I called blue cross back and they contacted the office for me. They told me to fax over the explanation of benefits and the doctors office would review. Still waiting to hear form Dr. Schmidt's office. I will probably have to pay for the vitamin D portion of the blood work they ordered. I have also tried in the past to have my mom who is 80 yrs old see them because I thought she had pneumonia, they gave me an appointment for 2 weeks out. I was told to go to urgent care if she needed to be seen that day. Dr. Schmidt is a wonderful doctor, but the office staff does not want to help the patients at all.

I was giving mixed information I already suffered with gad no of which was taking into consideration I never spoke to the dr I left a message asking to speak to her on last Monday I’m still waiting. I’m very dressed and I have been since one of the nurses gave me all this crazy information and than said don’t worry and if all is fine than further elevation needs to be done and the doctor can only order certain test what? I didn’t receive precert to get ultrasound done no response I asked if doctor could call no response you stress me out don’t give me what is needed to get test done then I ask to speak to doctor last week and I’m still waiting. I called office during work hours only to Constantly hear your morning voicemail mail how many mornings have to pass in order for me to get a call back
