City Cruises Philadelphia

My Family and I wanted to celebrate my Birthday and we chose the Spirit of Philadelphia because of their reputation, however it was NOT a good experience. They were short staffed, not attentive, they only had 1 Bar tender, getting food was difficult because they only had 1 person serving, and I was DRASTICALLY over charged. The initial bill I was given was over by $130! However it was rectified. Although I did enjoy the atmosphere and this had the potential to be an epic experience, I believe there needs to be some major operational changes to enhance the customer experience and satisfaction.

We purchased an experience package through a third party site prior to COVID regulations, so although it was a different experience than what is normally offered, it was still a blast! Serving can get a bit slow if there’s max amount of guests, but the food that was served was above our expectations for the price we paid and the fact it was originally supposed to be buffet. The servers are AMAZING, and ensure your glasses are always filled/ are happy to chat and make it an overall pleasant experience!

I haven't been on the Spirit since 6th grade, but from what I remember I had a good time, the food was good (a lunch plate) and the entertainment was excellent as well.. (it was dancers). I want to take my husband so I looked on the website, they had very few openings for april and March was already booked. There were only 4 days each month that were available so that lets you know how popular this attraction is. The fry chicken was cook too much too hard the cake I ask at the end cause it was my husband birthday it was hard and nasty our servicer was awesome and polite.

We had a booking for August, and they canceled it the day before and it September and no refund. They given us the run around, I paid $900 for my guests an I haven't gotten a $1back and don't know when I will....... never again ud83dude12
