This place is awesome!!! I got two large moles removed and I didn't feel a thing.

I have seen Dr. Lopresti, who is great, and my favorite nurse is Patty - she's funny, caring, and is great at answering questions and concerns. I used to love this practice, but when Lopresti was unavailable, I was recommended to Mastromonaco at the same practice. I was so disappointed with her, and I recommend any other doctor at this practice except her. I went to have something removed and during the first appointment, she treated it, told me it will require multiple treatments, and to reschedule in 6 weeks. 6 weeks later, she says she won't treat it because it looks better, even though I insist that there has been no change. She tells me to come back in 6 weeks. I come back. She tries to tell me she won't treat it again and to go see a podiatrist. We argued, and eventually got to the point where she put some blister medication on the spot instead of actually treating it like she did the first time. But I will never see her again, she didn't listen to me and didn't take my healthcare needs seriously. And to bring me back multiple times telling me she would treat me without doing so is manipulative and rude. Healthcare is expensive, don't waste my time and money.

I agree with both of the reviews. The Doctors are very nice, professional and knowledgeable. However, the front office is opposite. The are very rude on the phone and slow to help. I had an appointment; the front staff had an issue with my self insured plan. They threaten to cancel due to their ignorance and laziness. I had to call the insurance company myself and hand the phone off after they would not. I even waited in front of the fax machine myself to hand over the paperwork. Once I called in, we resolved it within minutes. But before that time, they just complained and sited ignorance to how a TPA works. They embarrassed me in front of other patients. When I called the next day, the front staff refused to put me in touch with a supervisor, had no email but told me to write a letter. Well, this is my letter. I gave my name but no one reached back to me. I guess they do not care about customer service and helping their patients through insurance issues. I like the doctors, but the front staff is not worth the time to get involved with this practice.
