Please read - avoid the hassle and wasted time:nnScheduled a cleaning online and booked a 12-4pm arrival window. We didn't receive any contact on the day of the appointment, so my wife called at 3:30pm and left a voicemail to call her back to confirm the appointment or reschedule for a future date.nnThe gentleman emailed my wife back in response at 4:00pm and said he was finishing up another job in Portsmouth. He stated that he tried to call her and got the busy signal, yet never texted or emailed to try to get ahold of her in another way.nnFast forward to 6:00pm, my wife calls the man again to ask where he is and he stated that he wasn't coming. He figured that we would no longer require the visit since the time window had passed. You missed a 4-hour appt window and connected with us to reschedule until my wife called you - that is not acceptable. A simple and clear communication via email stating that you won't make it will suffice. And never once an apology for missing the appointment. If you can't get through via cell phone on the alleged dozens of attempts, wouldn't it make sense to send an email or find another way to contact the customer who has been waiting around for hours.nnI hate to leave a bad review but the lack of professionalism and poor communication is not acceptable.
