It’s been over a year since I was there and I’ve been meaning to write a review. The women who worked there were polite, professionals and proficient. I was so incredibly grateful for an easy trip to the DMV. This location should be the benchmark for service.

Completely inept. So during covid you have to make an appointment. They have one person checking everyone's paperwork and 5 tellers. 4 of the 5 counter employees had no customers while a dozen or more people waited in line to have their documents reviewed by the lone customer service rep. The line was out the door despite the required appointment with several people waiting in the 15 degree temperatures. All the waiting rom chairs in side were empty. You can't make this stuff up. Too much time on my hands and thus the review but it's a waste of time as the DMV has no accountability and will never get better as they have no profit motive.

Friendly, professional, and fast service. As long as you have your paperwork ready, you will have a great customer experience.
