Maine State Visitor Information Center - Kittery

One of my favorite rest area's. It's very Maine like. Lots of information for tourists and always very clean. There's alot of parking and a dog walking section. My grandpug loves it when we stop here!

So accessible, right off of I-95. It is situated in a lovely woods full of tall pines that Maine is known for. Tons of brochures are available for the taking, organized by Maine's distinct regions -- from the sea coast to the mountains. Ask the volunteers at the desk for a sturdy plastic bag to take home all your stuff.

Clean bathrooms every time I've stopped and a good area for pets if you're traveling w them.

Plenty of parking not busy at all good food court everybody focused on social distancing and masks lots of interesting Maps posted on the walls

Has a picnic area bathrooms and get to take a picture with Smokey the Bear
