Lauren help me with some ergonomic issues I was having after a few months of working from home due to Covid...mostly my back/neck and shoulder area. After a few visits including an ergo assessment and an at home program of exercises I was pain free and I haven't had issues since. The visits were thorough. She takes her time with you and listens. The app was a pleasant surprise. She sets up your program, exercise videos and checklists...push notifications to remind you to complete and check them off. Def helped in staying on track. Scheduling and billing is all online too...super convenient. Highly recommend!

I cannot give enough stars for Lauren at Anchor PT! I had been to other PT’s to try to address my knee pain while running and no one was able to help me until I finally found Lauren. She is so attentive and empathetic, I really felt like she listened to what I was saying and worked with me to help get me back on track and reach my goals of running a 1/2 marathon. It’s nice to have the option to use virtual visits as well if for any reason we have to return to quarantine. I will be recommending Anchor PT to all of my friends in this Portsmouth area!

Amazing!! Anchor PT and Lauren went above and beyond to meet my PT needs. I was having terrible thoracic back pain, enough to impact my activities of daily living. Lauren was able to squeeze me in the same day for a telehealth consult. She recommended a few exercises, stretches, and lifestyle modifications which brought me back to life in a couple days! Anchor PT had an easy-to-use system for payment, scheduling, etc. Lauren was accessible for questions throughout the day, night and weekend. Cannot speak highly enough. Certainly will be recommending to family and friends!!

I cannot put into words how pivotal Lauren (Anchor PT) was for me this past year. I sustained a bad injury involving both of my legs at the beginning of the pandemic, resulting in multiple casts on my ankle and surgeries on my (opposite) knee. Needless to say, I felt pretty helpless having a bilateral leg injury while being in lockdown. Lauren came to my rescue, abiding by all state and health regulations of course, and was able to provide me outstanding physical therapy services in the comfort of my own home. She was beyond compassionate and patient with me as she literally taught me to walk again. If you are looking for a knowledgeable, empathetic and exceptional physical therapist, look no further than Lauren at Anchor Physical Therapy.

I had an amazing experience with Anchor PT. It was so personalized to my specific needs and the telehealth visits made things very convenient. The sight is easy to use and all my exercises were right there to view with a schedule and everything! My exercises changed as I progressed and it was catered to my specific needs. I was very impressed and definitely recommend!
