ABSOLUTE SCAM — my husband and I were here for less than an hour. When we went to leave, the machine ate our ticket and then said none of our cards would work. When we pushed the help button, the attendant told us to come upstairs.nnHe went down to the machine and said there was no ticket, so we would have to pay $40 for a lost ticket fee. He said there are no cameras (convenient), so there was no way for us to prove the machine took it or we were there for less than an hour.nnThe guy in front of us when we were originally exiting also had to turn around and go upstairs, so it’s safe to assume it happened to him too. They know their machine is broken, and they’ll use it to get $40 instead of $2 out of you.nnRude, scammy, sketchy! Don’t waste your money here, ever!

Convenient to Market Square in down town Portsmouth, but price to park isn't cheap ($2 per hour)
