I leave in 1week and my passport is still not here. I paid for expedited shipping but I feel rhey are stealing customers money on expedited services. Pray that your information does not end up in this place Hands! Someone needs to update there computer skills.. I guess ill reschedule my tickets
I went and had my photo taken and all documents processed using the US postal department and mail to this location they sent me a letter saying that the photo was not high resolution I was disappointed in the post office for this and not them so they instructed me to overnight a new photo because I leave in seven days nothing ever happened of it every time I called I got the runaround that it’s been expedited and they’re doing it in one day I will receive it and nothing ever happened. I followed all directions that were given to me and paid any extra costs that it took to get this passport to me in a timely manner but they still were unsuccessful in doing so and unsuccessful at communicating that I would not happen all they would continue to tell me is that I will get it before my departure date departure date came no passport
This office helped us get our sons passport expedited very quickly. They were kind and courteous whenever we called to check on it. We were very nervous that it wouldn’t arrive in time for our trip...but it did. Thank you!!
Fantastic service. Everyone was extremely kind and patient. Just have all your documents in order and proof of travel. Got my passport on the same day after one hour wait!
Applied since January and still nothing keep getting told its here and that this is the busiest location and from all the other reviews there getting passports in but none are coming out. I leave in 2 weeks going on my 9th week soon and I got it expedited. I'm not sure what's going on here but something needs to happen.
