The City of Portsmouth in-office parking clerk is a miserable and rude woman who deserves nothing but to be alone and unhappy. Although my ticket was post dated appropriately and because they didn’t cash my check until a few days after the oh so sacred “30 days”, I am being penialized with a late fee. Giving people like the current City of Portsmouth parking clerk authority to rob civilians and enforce unreasonable and unheard of rules is the problem with society. Low twos City of Portsmouth! Such a beautiful place with such UGLY people.
These are the nicest parking enforcement people I've ever seen. When we had a snow storm a young man was stuck in his parking space and one of the meter readers was helping him push his car. I've never seen anything like that. It was heartwarming.
