I am so happy to have switched to Aileen Dugan’s insurance business. She made an appointment right away with me, She and the office staff are friendly and welcoming, I got there a little early for my appointment...only waited a few minutes but got to experience an awesome massage chair. Worth getting there early I’d say! The product is comprehensive and affordable. I’m switching my home insurance as well. I felt very taken care of and that’s the way insurance should feel.

I have been with this agency for a few years now, and have never worked with such a courteous and helpful insurance company. Every time I email my agent Cleo, she responds promptly and handles every detail with ease. In fact, she went out of her way to personally meet me with a claim check I had been waiting on. Since the office is an hour from my home, she met me half way! Would NEVER expect that from an agent, but more than appreciate her going above and beyond. I recommend this agency to anyone looking to switch insurance carriers. I have my home & auto bundled and very reasonable pricing.

My husband has been with Aileen for a long time, 20+ yrs, and always had a great experience.nAfter having disappointing service from my local agent, who I was with for MetLife, I switched to State Farm with Aileen Dugan.nEven though I'm in Manchester and she in Portsmouth, you would never know there was a distance btwn us.nAileen us extremely friendly, prompt and very professional.nHer rates are better than what I had with MetLife.nShe offered suggestions to save money on a monthly basis.nShe helped us getting us a joint life insurance plan and took time to explain our options.nHighly recommend her regardless of where you live!!

My husband and I have been a client of Cleos and since about December of 2011 when a relocation to New Hampshire made us realize the breed of our dog was on an unapproved insurance list for our previous Carrier. After doing some research we found Cleo with State Farm. The personalized and friendly service that we were provided was like nothing we received before from an insurance company. Since the switch, we use state farm for all of our insurance needs. Here we are 2 houses and countless cars later and we wouldn't consider giving our business to anyone else.
