Friendly and helpful. We needed to rent a dozen chairs for a big family Thanksgiving dinner and we were glad they could help us for a very reasonable price.

Marshall Tent has been our sole wedding venue tent and event supplier for the last three seasons. Consistent quality, service and attention to detail has been our experience with all the folks at Marshall. They renew many of their rental items each season and have a fabulous showroom for bridal couples to view and design their event. We are happy to partner our wedding venue business with them and look forward to next season.

We have been doing business with Marshall Rental for over 6 years. All their staff are engaged and positive about their business. Tremendous customer service in the challenging wedding business; always excellent rental equipment, with professional staff having and creative solutions to decor and set up issues.

The rentals all showed up and our wedding was AMAZING, but we could have done without the sour experience that came along with this vendor. The experience started off so well - they were informative and accommodating; however, once our bill was paid in full, we received a completely different experience. They refused to give us a delivery time in order for us to coordinate other deliveries (which made things quite difficult for everyone), they were grumpy that we provided some of our own equipment and didn't use their preferred caterer (who was booked already for another event!), and some of our tent sides had large holes in them (and yes it rained on our wedding day). The owner can be short tempered and everything has to go through him... according to other locals this is a typical experience with him. This is the first time I have ever given a poor review on Yelp. All of our other vendors were AMAZING, none of whom were suggested my Marhsalls.

All the rentals were of very high quality and working with the staff there was wonderful! Used them for a small order for a tiny wedding but they were always very quick to respond even though we were spending only a few dollars. Chris was especially helpful and patient!
