I just sat for 30 minutes in a line of 10 cars trying to get out of this lot. It takes forever for cars to exit because the machines take forever to process a card. If you're in a hurry, it's better to walk a couple of blocks than to count on being able to get out of this lot in a timely manner.
Been sitting in the lot for well over a 40 minutes waiting in line to get out. I wish I could give it 0 stars. I guess when you have a monopoly on parking, you can treat customers like this.
Have been sitting in the lot for 30 minutes already and haven’t even made it out of our spot. The problem lies In The fact that #1 they are very busy # 2 the machine to pay and move out of the lot is slow and inefficient. There has to be a better way than this for them to collect so people can move out of the lot.
This has to be the worst operated parking lot I’ve used. It took us over 30 minutes to clear this small lot after an event at the Northern Kentucky Convention Center. Equipment was slow and won’t park here again.
This parking lot used to be fine with their central pay machines that you could walk up to with your parking pass and pay. Since SP+ Parking has taken over they have completely broken the flow of traffic in and out. They closed 1 of the 2 exits furthermore bottlenecking inflow and outflow, they added a new pay at the exit parking arm which is inefficient and for anyone paying cash takes 3+ minutes to exit, and the arm to enter and exit is consistently having issues or is broken.nnToday (5/22/19) the parking arm to exit was broken, and the poor manager of the parking lot has been outside physically lifting the arm up for people to exit.nnOn days where there are events happening at the Convention Center it easily takes 30+ minutes to exit the lot.nnTotally broken system. I don't know why you would try to fix something that isn't broke and actually make it worse. SP+ is the worst.
