Terrible service, still here after 2 hrs after Jingle Bell Run, we are starving, garage attendees no help. JBR should negotiate no fee for parking, RIDICULOUS!

Terribly experience we were there 2 hours waiting on someone to fix the gate so we could get out then got charged the full price because we could not leave. Very rude and disrespectful attendant said it was people like us is rhe reason everybody was backed up.
