After dealing with the DMW in Dover on Boston Point Road and receiving top notch 5 star service, Epping location was a sore disappointment at best. If you look at my reviews, I rarely give bad reviews—but this was the worst service. I followed the instructions for the drop box service and heard nothing for a month so I followed up via phone. I was met with a flat non-empathetic bot of an employee who was not able to help much, nor even respond with human emotion or even basic reflective listening skills. I was saddened that tax dollars are going to pay for her employment. It is taking a great deal of restraint not to mention the employee’s name. If the rest of the people working there are great and this was just a fluke, I’m sorry.nnI would say, if you have choice, the Boston Point Road location in Dover has been top notch even for service industry standards. They display a true knack for service and efficiency.
Quick, very organized operation during this covid-19 pandemic.
I had to get my license renewal at this location. I made an appointment 3 weeks prior. The ladies that work here are wonderful great customer service THE BEST. I live 1 HR away will use this location again. Thank you.ud83dude0a
