Multi Storey building with a lot of parking spots available all the time on regular days. Walkable distance to office buildings in downtown like Atrium ll, Queen City, Great American etc...nMay get busy on event day's as it is just next to the Heritage Bank Center (formerly U.S Bank Arena).
Conveniently located by Fountain Square.
The location is great but the open air lot is very tight. Parking here requires multi point turns to position and navigate. The price was great considering how close we were able to park to our event. Walking was a bit tricky (and scary) with a stroller and children. However, we would gladly park here again considering some of the parking alternatives in the downtown area.

One block sits between you and Great American Ballpark. The Riverfront is on one side. Well lit, clean, Sheriff Deputies posted during events, cameras, and easy to find when coming back to your car.
