I've had the best care here. I never feel rushed even though they are very busy. I've never been unhappy no matter who I've seen for a doctor.

I went here because my personal doctor moved his location here. He has since retired and I was assigned a new doctor. She was friendly and professional but didn't have complete access to my file and I had to fill her in on my medical history.nI've been coming for years and I have had good, but, different experiences. I was told one time I had to make appointments through patient portal, but, they would have the offices I have to have follow up appointments call me to set up appointments.nI have my blood work taken here. No issues.nI brought my daughter once for physical therapy but my daughter didn't cooperate and she had to leave. Her mom tried another day and was successful.nYou are temperature ud83cudf21ufe0f checked on arrival and you have to wear a face mask. I THINK one man was turned away even though he claimed he recently suffered from heat exhaustion.nA bit of a wait on phone ud83dudcf1 when you call.nOverall, I will continue to go.

My sons and I have been going to Core for many years. The staff is great. The only qualm I have is that the phone wait times are often really long just to talk to someone or make an appointment. I've waited over 15 minutes before. It's rarely less than 3 minutes of waiting. Once I get through, the staff are usually great though.

I like the doctors but getting anyone on the phone is basically impossible.

I made an appointment for a physical back in March for August. It's August. They re-scheduled it for February and sent me a letter in the mail telling me of this change. The woman I spoke to on the phone was very condescending and I was very dissapointed in the way they are handling rescheduling appointments during Covid. I wanted to support Core, but they've lost my business. I have an appointment for tomorrow at Skyhaven internal medicine.
