I’m surprised by the overall ratings of US Integrity. I traveled multiple times with this company with over 100 adults and high school choir students. Every part of the experience was top-notch outstanding. Loved the owner, guides, and tours.
Trip was cancelled due to Covid and I was promised a refund minus a small cancellation fee. Have not received the refund and it has been 8+ months. I've left numerous messages and no one returns my call. Hotel and theme park tickets were refunded to the organizer, so they have my money.
If I could give zero starts I would do it.
