Great to work with, its the insurance company's that are the problem. They are so caring and will work with you until you get use to your new hearing aids. Now I just visit for batteries or something broke from wear and tear.

My husband went and had his hearing tested and we purchased hearing aids not the cheapest not the most expensive. After four years he went in to have them adjusted and they said they couldn’t adjust them anymore he needed to buy a new pair. Had we known that in advance we would of bought the cheaper ones. Very disappointing not like you can go buy new hearing aids all the time. They were adjusted a few times but I would’ve thought they would’ve lasted a lot longer
