I contacted Michelle on a whim because of a flyer I had received in the mail. Initially I was interested in getting a quote on Homeowners insurance since I was in the process of buying a new home. She got me a quote on the homeowners insurance that beat out my previous insurance company, then proceeded to save me 50% on my car insurance as well!! She was very kind and informative, and I felt like I was chatting with a friend the whole time- VERY personable! We've since purchased a new vehicle and it was as easy as sending a quick email. She's very responsive which is awesome! I'm telling all my friends and family about her, and I urge you to get a quote as well!

Michelle did a great job when we first started with her. She was attentive and polite. After 6 years of doing business with her we noticed the service kept going down. Needless to say it was time to switch. I hope she values her other customers more than a small family like ours.

She is very responsive to my emails and phone calls, always willing to listen and give advice for the best product for my need. I also appreciate her honesty to not sell me more than I need for insurance but enough to be protected. I found her when I made cold calls checking to make sure I was getting the best rate and am happy to say I am glad I called her switched and been with her ever since.
