I needed to convert my fireplace from propane to natural gas. I went in to the Spanish Fork store where I met Meghan. Let her know that I was in need of a conversion kit to make the changeover. She got on the phone and made it happen, she was so patient and willing to help through the whole process, she is awesome.
I still had issues even with the conversion kit installed. Dan Oldroyd was more than willing to discuss the issues and walk me through the process to help me get the fireplace going, he even called me on Sunday to help assist me.
You just don’t see service like this anymore! They are not only experienced and willing to help, they are great great people in general. If you need a positive experience, go see Meghan and Dan in the Spanish Fork store.
I not only got the help I needed, I made a few friends in the process. They are the BEST!!!
Worked with both Josh and Megan on purchasing our fireplace for our new home and they were both great to work with and communicated great! Also the installers were great, showed up when they said they were coming and made it all look awsome!
Highly recommend the Spanish fork location. The customer service is great they respond right away with fair prices. Will use them every time.
A great store
They installed a fireplace in our home, and though it took quite a while for them to finish the job, it looks nice now and works wonderfully. They are slow on turn around time, and communication is difficult, but the installers were friendly.
