We knew at the onset of our home renovation, that our flooring was going to be a centerpiece of the project. It was clear to us from the very first conversation with Adam, that we had found a sincere partner to help us through the tough selection process.nThough there was a comparable product, speaking with Adam made the choice of who to buy the floors from easy.nAdam took time to understand the details of our project and our unique requirements, such as different floor thicknesses for the first and second floor, pre-built stair treads and risers to name a few.nFrom the very first sample, through all the iterations to the final sign-off, he helped guide us through the process and ultimately that led us to select a wood species, plank size and finish that make our floors exactly what we had imagined them to be.nOur situation was unique as we wanted to perform the installation ourselves, and we could not have done it without the advice we continue to receive from him.nEach plank is superbly crafted, an absolute pleasure to work with and walk on. We know our floors will always be from William and Henry, now and regardless of where we live in the future.
