Farm by the River Bed & Breakfast with Stables

The Sleigh ride was amazing and we had a fantastic time. Rick and Nancy are great and answer any questions you have. Willie did a great job. Definitely going to be going back.

Absolutley beautiful place. Rick and his wife are absolutely amazing people. I proposed to my wife here and they were so accommodating and so kind. Incredible place.

My husband, 5 year old, and I just spent a very relaxing long weekend at Farm by the River. It was such an awesome experience and we couldn't have asked for a more fun, picturesque winter weekend. It's an extremely authentic New England farmhouse with horses and awesome food. The breakfast was phenomenal and the rooms were comfortable, clean and warm. Rick and Charleen were amazing hosts! They did everything they could to make our stay more enjoyable and comfortable, and were so helpful in every way. This was a highly personalized experience, with a ton of extra accommodations like a warm plate of home backed cookies in your room to greet you. There was a ton of things for my son and us to enjoy together, such as a horse sleigh ride and pony ride. So much fun and will definitely be returning!

From the time we arrived Friday evening up until the last minute before we left on Sunday, my girlfriend and I felt very welcomed at Rick and Charlene's home. Rick, Charlene and the staff at the Farm by the River were exceptional in every way and were always there to chat or answer any questions. Their dog, Hiedi was very friendly as well. Our room was exactly what we were looking for during our first stay at a B&B; comfortable, clean and quiet. Breakfast was great both days and the atmosphere was always very peaceful and welcoming. I would definitely recommend Farm by the River and we will definitely be back again in the future!
