Gayle Baker's Valley Travel

I tried to schedule a trip with them at least 6 times but they were unresponsive, unprofessional and rude and disorganized.

Gayle and her team are truly awesome, during this time of flights being cancelled and the airlines not knowing what they are doing. Gayle called to let us know our grandson's flight had been cancelled. She rescheduled the flight on a different airlines and got us a refund from the previous airlines. Thank you Gayle.

I wish they open 24 hours. They can't help you when u need them at night time

Cannot believe this is the first review on Valley Travel. For the most part, I am an electronics geek and do everything possible from my iPhone, iPad or iMac. However, when addressing travel issues, I would prefer an actual person and this is true because I travel infrequently. However, Gayle Baker's place is so close to my living venue, it was worth a try. Ultimately, I am very satisfied. Our concept was to plan a trip to Bermuda using tax refunds for funding. Clearly, it has been a long time since I've visited Bermuda, because my first impression was sticker shock. Original flight costs were absurd and complete lodging packages were even more ludicrous. Gayle spent much time with us and we were not hurried despite other business. Thus, once we provided a budget, Gayle was able to work within the confines of available funds. Gayle paid close attention to detail and listened intently to our feedback. Yes, this process does take time, but it was worth it. Frankly, Gayle had more pressing business, but because we arrived before the other concerns started, she did not once deviate from our project. Will I return in the future? Absolutely.
