This has been my doctors office for years, and I have gotten solid care and a solid referral in this time. I have NEVER been uncomfortable, nor had any issues with any of the physicians, LPNs, or staff nurses I've interacted with. In fact, everyone has been super professional and kind and empathetic and just generally what I would hope for in a PCP!nnSorry I ducked out on the bot-call automated review, it was odd and I realized halfway through that it was 1-5 score not 1-2 yes or no, so please disregard the 2s and the hang up. I would have given all 5s. Honestly that is a little weird. My dentist used to do them too, and stopped... love you folks, not so keen on your impersonal robot after -call. It's literally the opposite of your care. Silence or a postcard is less weird. Kick this up the chain! :)

I wouldn’t recommend at all. I was snapped at by a receptionist 3 times in the two days I called to the point of making me cry & someone I think was a nurse called me back snapping also. Ill be leaving the office.

I have been a patient of Jeff Meckling for many years, starting when he was at Brattleboro Primary Care. I followed him here to Family Medicine, where I have been very happy with the care he provides.

It took a several month waiting period to see someone here since I was a new patient but no other practice BMH could refer was taking new patients. My appointment was with Mr. McCormick who is a PA not an MD. He was very thorough and I was impressed by the care and attention he gave to this first evaluative interview. I have been taking several different medications, and Mr. McCormick did not feel comfortable simply renewing these prescriptions. Instead, he advised me to see the specialists for the issues the medications are meant to address, and offered to set up appointments with, for example, a dermatologist and a urologist. I accepted the offer and have been called by the specialists and given appointments. Since I have been accepted by the practice as a new patient I have found it easy and convenient to get care when I feel it's needed.

Don't even try. After waiting several months for an appointment the office cancelled on me because they couldn't get my records. (I informed them that there were no records to be found- I haven't been to a doctor in 13 years). That didn't matter. It would be over a year before they could see me. Now my insurance won't cover me because I can't get a PCP. Look somewhere else.
