The cashier argued with me about the fall sale they were having. She didn't believe me when I told her that all the signs said 75% off all fall items. Yes it was the first day of the sale, but she should be aware of what sales were going on. Because the fall items came up as regular price, I had to tell her that it was an incorrect price and she "did the math" and somehow said 75% off of $25 was $12.50. I ended up paying more than I should have because I didn't have the patience to keep arguing with her.

I was shopping with my friend today who is a bit eccentric. She had a lot of things in her cart to purchase but when we reached the register she changed her mind on some of her purchases. Meg was helping us to check out and she was soooo patient with us as I tried to help my friend decide which purchases she would actually buy!! My friend walks with a walker, is elderly and has not been out of her house much during Covid. We really appreciated Meg’s kindness and helpfulness as we checked out!! Thanks Meg for making our day even more special! You are amazing!!❤️❤️❤️

They refused to honor a coupon from my app. They couldn't understand why it didn't work but made no attempt to honor it. Deleted the app and will shop elsewhere.

Please accept Apple Pay. Joann, you’re killing me! I really need you to accept Apple Pay. I know 2020 is not going to be considered the best year in history but Joann, honey, please come along with the rest of us into the year 2020 and accept Apple Pay.
