I’m obsessed with coming here. I’ve heard their business increased dramatically with the pandemic going on, and boy do I believe it with how busy they always are. I’ve used their online ordering and it was very fast and convenient. I also really like that they let me use my husband’s veterans discount even though he isn’t there with me. But ya I love the quality of their products and how helpful their workers are

This review is for the excellent service that I received from Adam and his team at the Spanish Fork store in correcting an issue promptly and effectively. I ordered a fridge on the Lowe's website and had it delivered. When the third-party delivery company came to deliver and install the product, they refused to do so because I needed the fridge in the basement and they wouldn't go down the stairs for "liability reasons." Needless to say, I was frustrated because I had explicitly informed Lowe's customer service of the basement location before placing my order and again during the delivery confirmation call, and Lowe's told me that the fridge could be delivered to the basement. The delivery company was also supposed to give a 30-window notice but they didn't. I was forced to decline the delivery. Since the fridge was being routed from the Spanish Fork store, I called the store and spoke with Adam. I thought I was going to have to demand a refund and go elsewhere, but Adam was insistent that they could deliver the item for me and that the delivery company should have complied with my request. He was very apologetic and assured me that they can deliver to my basement even if it takes a little sweat! We rescheduled the delivery, the same company returned and completed the delivery and installation as expected. They also provided the expected 30-day window. Looks like Adam whipped them into shape! I appreciate that Lowe's Spanish Fork took responsibility for this order even though it originated on the website. I appreciate that they made it right in the end, and I will remember their excellent service in the future. This is how you treat customers!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Great prices. Good quality products. Plenty of parking. Well designed for the disabled who use a customized van. Like to give Lowe's in Spanish Fork another star for their well thought out parking. Huge store and great selection. Highly Recommend!
