COVID compliance is not enforced here. Most people in the building; including the therapists are not wearing masks. Where are all the safety measures that have been put in place for our safety?

If you need PT and want to be safe, do not go here! My husband attempted to go to his first eval with them and we were shocked that non of the staff were wearing masks or practicing any Covid safety protocols at at. Packed facility with no social distancing. We were wearing masks and told by the owner that we should be comfortable not wearing a mask at this point. And continued stating what a low percentage of deaths there are with this virus. We were treated as though there was something wrong with us for wearing a mask to prevent the spread. How incredibly unprofessional and insensitive! We’ve lost people to Covid19! My husband is in the medical field and they are required to wear masks, shields, gloves, practice social distancing and limit the amount of patients in his clinic. We left and went to Back Bay where they have strict and thorough protocols in place. As it should be. Intelligent life discovered at last!!!

Enjoyed my experience at Lakeside Physical Therapy. The staff was excellent and all were knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.
