Tim is amazing. I was given two of my mother-in-law’s brooches that were her grandmother’s and in much needed repair and cleaning. I knew they would not get a lot of wear as a brooch so Tim made them into a couple of pendants for necklaces and cleaned them up. One of them was missing a stone and he added a lovely stone and really made it look terrific. My husband then went back to Tim a few weeks later and had Tim design a set of earrings to go with the necklaces. These pieces are all amazing and I have received multiple compliments from family and even strangers wondering where they came from. I cannot thank Tim enough for helping us find a way to repair the jewelry and keep it in a state that allows me to enjoy it now and be able to pass it on to future generations.
Tim is AMAZING! My mother-in-law brought her broken eyeglasses' frame in and he kindly fixed it for her right way. I also asked him take a look to see if he could fix my ring, and he did it without even charging us a penny. Thank you so much! This is like an early Christmas for us. If I am going to buy any jewelry in the future, it will be from your store.

I was a first time customer looking for a new band for my watch while in N.Conway on vacation. Timothy is very knowledgeable about jewelry and watches and very friendly. He did not have what I needed but gave me the correct measurement and offered to attach the new band should I find it. I would definitely go back to him and for customer service, he is great!
Tim is an absolutely amazing person he helped me throughout this whole process to find the perfect ring and he was so laid-back and non-pushy to make a sale. This whole experience was absolutely amazing I was really hesitant to even buy a ring in the first place but he really just help me pick out the perfect one at the perfect price and if you’re ever looking I suggest that you come here first because I’ll be your first and last stop you won’t be looking anywhere else he is just awesome this person is and how he runs his business is absolutely amazing
