Triple-T was very thorough in their initial walkthrough and I honestly felt like I was being educated rather than sold. I got several other bids before replacing my entire furnace and AC and these guys won my business.
When they arrived, another HVAC company was giving me a bid. Triple-T's kindly stayed in the car until they left then waited a minute before knocking. It was something so simple, but the respectful gesture toward a competitor also caught my eye.
The technicians were awesome too. They were kind and knowledgeable and very respectful while in my home.
I'm impressed overall.
Gus came in today to set up a replacement thermostat. He was very nice and willing to answer all my questions, and he went above and beyond what I expected. What a great service man! This is my first time using this company, but they are my new favorite company now. I also feel that their rate is very comparable with other companies, maybe even better, and the job is done in a very professional way. Thank you Triple T and Gus!

We had Triple-T install a new furnace and heat pump. Lance was terrific in providing a bid and coordinating the installation. Payton, the tech who actually did the installation went above and beyond the call of duty in fabricating new duct connections and getting everything installed and working. They were all very polite, extremely knowledgeable and skilled in doing the work. The cost of installing a new furnace and heat pump is not for the faint of heart. It cost a small fortune, but these guys helped assuage the pain with their superb work and attitudes. I would definitely recommend them to others, including my family.
I always receive fantastic service from Triple T. I have used them for many years and I’ve never been disappointed. My technician today was Luke and he did a great job and was very polite and professional. He even took a few extra minutes to help me understand how to program my thermostat. I highly recommend Triple T for your furnace and air-conditioning needs.
Our AC broke. We called on monday afternoon and they were able to come early Tuesday morning. Luke and Derek came a few minutes earlier than scheduled. Luke was very knowledgeable and organized. They were very professional and even put shoe covers on before coming in the house. They were able to get our ac up and running in less than an hour! Amazing! We had a quote from a different company and they wanted us to replace our entire unit for $5-6,000.
Luke was honest and explained this wasn't a long term fix, but it would give us a little more time to budget for a future unit. We are so happy with their service and will be using them again in the future! Would 100% recommend!
