Called early in the week, got a call back a few days later and I was told they would come out either Friday or Monday. Waited both days just in case, no one showed up either day and no one called. I understand it is spring and they are busy, but if you are to busy to even make one phone call then tell potential new clients you are too busy to take them on. When I called the office and explained no one came or called all she said was we are very busy, she was not very nice at all. Do yourself a favor, find someone else who understands the importance of their customers time, do not put yourself through the same aggravation as I had to deal with.
Prompt service. Called back right away, guaranteed wasp removal.
We had a hornet nest that was making it impossible for us to go in or out our front door. It was built under the low landing and out of view. We called Presidential Pest Control, and the person showed up in under an hour. I don't know how he determined where the nest was, but after observing the activity, he was able to spray the nest and get rid of the hornets. The cost was reasonable and the technician was polite and professional.
