Called early in the week, got a call back a few days later and I was told they would come out either Friday or Monday. Waited both days just in case, no one showed up either day and no one called. I understand it is spring and they are busy, but if you are to busy to even make one phone call then tell potential new clients you are too busy to take them on. Do yourself a favor, find someone else who understands the importance of their customers time, do not put yourself through the same aggravation as I had to deal with.

I don't know how he determined where the nest was, but after observing the activity, he was able to spray the nest and get rid of the hornets.
