They were very professional and helpful. They were quick to take information and process it and to see my son. They were also quick to call in a prescription at a local drug store of choice. No complaints. Very nice staff. I was happy that we choose to come here. We had been traveling and we were not sure where to go but got lucky finding this place with a search.

As a new patient the response even before my appointment is a surprise and delight when they told me I can be covered for the visit by Medicare, almost as delightful as when the dispensary told me M.M.M. is covered by some of the same programs. Having had not so delightful experiences with two major Providers on the seacoast I am already impressed here-offered services and no out of pocket, win win win. Cannot wait to see what other services I can have provided-truly responsive and receptive-see you soon and thanks. And after my visit-amazing-truly a one stop Health Provider-they took care of my list of Health care concerns and blew the other facilities I tried off the map. Excellent fit-receptive, understanding-they get it. I also participate in a phase three Astrazeneca study offered at Pease-so if any one does not want to pay for a test they will pay you! Thanks Cranmore and am am scheduled again next week-looking forward to it.

We are so happy that Dr. Siddiqui is back in the valley and has opened this Clinic. The staff is super nice, and as they recently started this clinic, they are still working through some of the administrative glitches. Be patient, worth the wait. Also - cannot say enough about the pain clinic. My husband who suffers from severe cluster headaches is almost completely pain free after his visit with Kelly DeFeo. We wish we had found Kelly sooner! Thank you to both of you and your dedicated staff!nnAlso per the comment about COVID test costs - in Massachusetts they are charging $150 to $200. $50 is a bargain!

They're charging FIFTY DOLLARS for a COVID Test... doctors REALLY love helping people these days huh? Shameful.nnIn response to the reply to this review:nWhoever answered the phone rushed through the conversation, so maybe actually taking the time to explain what you said in your reply would help with avoiding posts like this one.nnEither way, having people pay $50 for what is now a necessary test is a perfect example of our failed health system, which you are apart of. So yes, a Google review is the PERFECT platform to voice my concernsnnThe most effective way to avoid posts like this is maybe offering the test that insurance DOES cover as well. Thank you for your response (even if it is still pretty rude like the person was on the phone... Maybe a work culture issue? Either way, your customer service is subpar based on my experience)
