New to the area, my nose pad to my everyday glasses broke. When I called spoke with Kim who was so kind and helpful to accommodate me to come in the same day for the repair. Met Andrew who was very professional and he put new nose pads on. Great first impression and customer service. Can’t wait for next appointment to meet the the rest of the team at Conway Eye Care. This is hands down one of the best experiences I've had with any doctor. Not only is Dr. Reese knowledgable with a fantastic bedside manner, but more than that she has made herself available in whatever way was necessary to help us with our issue. I travel for work and have therefor been to doctors in literally every state and this is one of my favorite experiences I can ever recall. I know it seems like I'm overstating, but I'm not. These are solid people doing solid work, and that's the best I could ask for.

Delivery is timely. When the Gorham store messed up my order over and over, and took 2 months to get my contacts, I called this store in North Conway, and Carolyn came to the rescue. I am legally blind, have suffered through retinal detachments in both eyes, and need an extremely high prescription, in fact my rx calls for the highest prescription that is made in contacts and it still won't correct me. So I was desperate for this delivery to be fixed and fast, as it is miserable not being able to even see your hands or feet! I was so ecstatic that Carolyn came through for me! Their prices and discounts are very good. I would order from this particular store and especially Carolyn again even through Gorham NH is 3 miles away and this store is 20, the drive is worth it to meed the kind and knowladgeable Carolyn! Give them a try, you will be so glad you did! Thank you again Carolyn!!

Called to make an appointment for my son as his teacher mentioned he seems to be having issues seeing the board. He is a current patient of Conway Eye Care. It's March and they are booking out to November. We'll have to go elsewhere.
