I love this church and its wider assemblies in the New England area. Some years ago after a move, my wife and I tried several churches and left with the impression that churches of today were simply businesses. I wanted to be baptized but never found a church that didn’t in some way make me feel like I was buying a product. So we left the church. Years later I made a friend in the horse community in Conway who, after a few months, asked me some hard questions about my beliefs and The Gospel. This led to the conviction of the Holy Spirit and my subsequent and immediate baptism. I think 20 strangers showed up on a Tuesday (tax day 2012) to watch. The love this congregation has poured over us is without measure. It is very rare that I miss out on serving Jesus and my brothers and sisters in Christ here.
