Nice flat packing lot at the top of the bluff, not suitable for large rvs. The road to the top is steep and well maintained however the 3 tunnels are 12 foot clearance and the turns are tight. If you have a big RV leave it at the visitors center and take your truck or towed vehicle to the top. If you are afraid of heights admire it from below. Visitors center was closed due to the virus. The view from the top is great and the path around the top is paved and handicapped accessible.
The view from atop the monument is endless. You could easily see why the native Americans went to these heights.....you can see forever
Scottsbluff is truly a hidden gem
Worth the drive for the view. About a 10 minute drive to the top of the bluff where there're several trails around the top with markers indicating the history or natural history of the area. wonderful views on a clear day.
The highest point in Nebraska. Scott’s Bluff Summit is one of the best places to visit in Nebraska. It’s wonderful and the view from here is spectacular. You are able to see the most beautiful part of the country from here. It has a few foot trails located at height. Make to carry you binoculars while visiting this place.
