I have shopped alot of Jewelry stores trying to find that perfect new wedding set. I was never getting the customer satisfaction that I was wanting to find in my search of a new wedding set. So I went to Riddles's Jewelry Store feeling hopeless at this point. Mitze was the person who was kind, patient, and most importantly listened to what I want and was not pushy in anyway to get a quick sale. She was very tentative on the details I was wanting and expecting and she was able to get me set up with what I was looking for. Thank you Mitzi and Riddle's Jewelry for finding my dream wedding set. Love Riddle's Jewelry! My wife and I purchased our wedding bands/rings fifteen years ago and received excellent customer service. Last week, I called to see if the Scottsbluff location had a necklace I wanted to purchase for my wife's birthday. Not only did they have it in stock, but Mitzi agreed to meet me halfway between Torrington and Scottsbluff to deliver! She even gift wrapped it with the wife's favorite colored bow. Service after the sale. A lot of places can sell you jewelry, heck I could sell you jewelry. What quickly sorts out the crowd is service after the sale. You're spending thousands of dollars on a luxury item, don't skimp on the last few bucks. You need to buy with someone that is going to be around after the sale to serve you. Mike, Mitzi, Jackson and crew are all aces. I appreciate how fast the staff worked to correct a situation and error making for a happy customer.
