Been waiting three weeks for approval on rhyzotomy. Told twice in last week everything good unknown why delaying approval. Called again today and was told that they reached out to my doctor for more info yesterday. What a worthless organization that lies to it's supposed customers. If it was possible to give them zero stars I would do it. Been in pain for weeks and no one cares enough to even look at my case until I call three times. What a joke.

I have never had a problem with Rci

They suck. They don't pay been fighting for almost a year for them to pay a bill they said they would.

This Health Insurance is by far the worst I've ever had in my entire life. Everyone should stay far far away from this insurance provider. The tell you one thing and then completely go against their word. They told me a hospital bill would be covered before the appt and then after the appt guess what you owe us $1200+ dollars!! Been going back and forth with this company for 8 months trying to get this paid for. They said it would be covered time and time again and then go back and say they never said it would be covered. That's ridiculous!! Do not take what this company says as truth. They will lie, tell you what you want to hear and send the bills later.
