Scottsbluff Vision Clinic has been a consistently wonderful eye care center for me and my family throughout the past 10 years. Each year, we look forward to seeing our favorite doctor, Dr. Natasha Jenkins, and all her super nice staff members who help us find great frames and perform professional testing procedures.

waited over 2 months for an appointment, called day of to confirm appointment and was told my appointment was cancelled because I did not respond to their voice message the day prior. The number they called was the wrong number (not provided by me) and they even got my boys names wrong. How can you get something so simple so wrong?

I called them last year and asked if they accepted Tricare (military insurance) I was told that they do, then I receive Bill's today, a year later that got sent to collections because they do not take Tricare! One lady Darlene hung up on me and then laughed about it calling back later! THEY ARE NOT MILITARY FRIENDLY!! THEY LIE!!

The doctors, the rest of the staff in back, and the staff that helps with eye glassed are all so very nice. Most of your front desk staff is very rude. I couldn't even get her to run my pre-authorization for my insurance. She spoke to me like I didn't know anything about my insurance. This has happened 4 or 5 years in a row! Until they get front staff that aren't so rude I will not be going back.

Great docs! Awesome selection of lenses and sunglasses! Professional staff! All in all a top-notch clinic I will be returning to year after year for all my family's eye care needs.
