Very poor customer service. Even if you just want to buy 1-2 bottles you should be treated with respect. Every time I have been in the store or called to ask a question, I felt like I was being rushed off the phone or not buying enough wine “to be viewed as worthy” of the employee’s time. Definitely makes me not want to order wine from you guys...

This is probably the best place to buy wine in the Cincinnati area. All of the bottles are of high quality and price that seems too good to be true. I wish I hadn't moved away as I haven't found a wine provider that compares in my new area!

Great little wine shop. All of their wines are from wine clubs so you won’t recognize them most likely.nnThey are all organized by country and they have some great case sales. Follow their FB page to get notices.nnStaff was knowledgeable and helpful without being over bearing or pushy.
